Too many women are locked out of secure, well-paid jobs. [ENTER STATS HERE]This is not due to a lack of skill or interest, but because the culture and structure of many workplaces make it difficult to stay, let alone thrive. Inflexible work arrangements, unsafe equipment, and disrespectful workplace cultures are driving women away or keeping them out altogether. 

The Queensland Women Rise Project is working to change that. Our project is built on research, designed with workers, and implemented alongside employers and unions. We focus on what matters and take practical steps to create real change.
